Returns

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
The product must not be damaged or show signs of use.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (bank transfer or other).
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount via bank transfer after confirming the return.
Exchanges
